CODE 3 Insurance Service, Inc. began serving Emergency Service Organizations (ESO’s)  in 1986. We serve all of North Carolina, South Carolina and Southeastern Virginia. We provide insurance for all aspects of the ESO’s operations. Including but not limited to Property & Casualty, Workers Compensation, Accident & Sickness, Life, Critical Illness, Employee Disability, Health Insurance and other Employee Benefits. Our Brokers are seasoned members of ESO’s, representing volunteer fire, career fire and EMS departments and have combined experience totaling over 200 years. They are positioned in the state to respond to the immediate needs of our clients. We serve Non-Profits, Municipalities, and Counties.
